The Ruby Red Slippers weren't made of real rubies--but ours are.

Rubies are precious stones, alongside diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds. Rubies vary in color from pink to a true bloodred. Dating back to the ancient world, rubies have been thought to represent passion, purity, and nobility (but this last one might be because they were too expensive to be affordable in these times). Our ruby beads vary from natural to dyed and are all stunning, yet affordable.

Rubies are thought to bring protection to their wearer as well as passion and happiness. The ruby is also believed to represent vitality and vigor and many believe it has the power to align the body as well as bestowing energetic properties.
