Collection: Rice

Rice is the answer, no matter the question.

Characterized by their close approximation of a grain of rice, rice beads were originally sold in the 1970's as souvenirs from Charleston, prompting a local trend that soon took off nationally and internationally. They became known as "rice beads" due to rice's historical importance in the area. Today, rice beads look closest to oval beads but are distinct as they are fully three dimensional.
