Not your momma's rondelle... although we have those too.

Rondelle beads are characterized by a disc or doughnut shape which is wider than the height of the bead. They can be used as spacers, as the primary focus of a piece, or strung together to create beautiful pieces. While amongst the most common bead type, there's nothing common about a rondelle.
